Cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellation must be confirmed in writing.  In case of cancellation of participation until 17 September 2008 the registration fee will be refunded deducting a handling fee of € 50 per person.  After 17 September 2008 and until 3 October a 50% of total payment will be charged.  After 3 Oktober ther will be no refund.  All refund will be processed after the conference.
